QA/QC Introduction
Our QC department monitors the whole production process from raw material selection to finished products. After implementing an international total quality management system, we were able to obtain ISO9001 certification in 2003. We have introduced first grade manufacturing and testing equipment, and optimize the internal management process to ensure the quality of products. Name:Reducer Tester
Description:Tests some key performance indices such as overload, noise, efficiency, and vibration. It is able to test reducers with output power ≥ 37kW, input speed ≥ 650~1500rpm, ratio ≤ 300, and output torque ≤ 5000N.m. The torque sensor can automatically read the torque, speed and power, its measurement error does not exceed ± 0.5%.
